Mr. Moniot holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He boasts 20 years of professional experience in chemical engineering, and, as president and CEO, is responsible for managing the operations of Venture Engineering & Construction, a consulting firm specializing in engineering and construction management.

In addition to his work for Venture, Mr. Moniot is also an owner of Sargent Electric Company. He attributes his success to his courage, faith and professional skills. He looks forward to hiring more employees and establishing more companies in the future. In his spare time, he volunteers with his local church and teaches Confraternity of Catholic Doctrine to seventh grade students.
