Rusty L. Copeland completed coursework in criminal justice and forensic studies at Kaplan University

SHEPHERD, TX, May 21, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Rusty L. Copeland, Consultant for New Tech Engineering, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in chemical safety consultation.

At New Tech Engineering, Mr. Copeland files reports, contacts clients and maintains telephone correspondences. He coordinates a crew, ensures safety, and orders bits, casings and chemical supplies. Mr. Copeland has 20 years of experience drilling oil wells in Texas and Colorado. Drilling directionally and horizontally, he has performed balanced drilling with rotating blowout preventers and has worked in oil-based mud.

Mr. Copeland completed coursework in Criminal Justice and Forensic Studies at Kaplan University, located in Florida. He volunteers his free time as a firefighter for the local fire department in Shepherd, Texas. Mr. Copeland attributes his success to the support he received from his mentor, Foran Stark.
