Dolby Laboratories CEO Bill Jasper joins the Idea Zoo, Inc. Board of Directors

SONOMA, CA, June 02, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Idea Zoo, Inc. is a leading developer and licensor of advanced materials and technologies, announced today the appointment of Bill Jasper, former chief executive officer of Dolby Laboratories, to the Idea Zoo, Inc. board of directors. The expansion of the Idea Zoo's Board ensures the company will continue to benefit from a diversity of technical and business experience, as it further advances its leading brand, COLR Technology.

Bill Jasper retired in 2009 as President and CEO of Dolby Laboratories after 30 years with the company. He joined Dolby in 1979 as Chief Financial Officer and served in a variety of positions prior to becoming President in 1983. He continues to serve on the board of directors of Dolby. Mr. Jasper is a member of the Audio Engineering Society, the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers and an at-large member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. He holds a B.S. degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and a M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a member of the advisory board of BioQuiddity.
